1. Introduction

Welcome to Signature Vibe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at signaturevibe.co.uk and our music production services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Signature Vibe is owned and operated by Anglia Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Anglia Ventures Limited.

2. Our Services

Signature Vibe is a self-service music composition platform that allows businesses to generate custom, original music compositions using artificial intelligence. Our service includes:

• Vibe Discovery: Tell us about your business space, customers, and desired atmosphere. We'll generate sample compositions tailored to your specifications.
• Sample Refinement: Generate and refine multiple sample variations based on your feedback until you find the perfect vibe.
• Track Generation: Once you've selected your preferred vibe, generate a specified number of full-length original music tracks for your use.
• Regenerations: Regenerate and refine additional tracks as needed, subject to your package's limitations.

All music compositions are generated using AI technology and are original works created specifically for your business. You will receive a perpetual licence to use these compositions for your internal business purposes as specified in your order.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes unless otherwise stated. Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is binding and you will immediately gain access to the platform to begin the vibe discovery process. Your order package will include a specified number of tracks to generate and refinements (sample regenerations) to help you find the perfect sound.

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, once you have commenced the generation process and received initial sample compositions, refunds are not available unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical failure or service unavailability.

4. Intellectual Property and Licence

Upon full payment, Signature Vibe grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered music compositions for the internal business purposes specified in your order brief (e.g. in-venue background music, events, or promotional materials for your business only). This licence covers your use of the music within your premises, for the specific event described, or as specified at the time of ordering.

You may not resell, sublicense, broadcast, or distribute the music to third parties without our prior written consent, except as necessary for the internal business purpose for which the music was created. Signature Vibe retains all underlying copyright in the compositions and the right to use the compositions, in anonymised form and without identifying your business, for training, quality improvement, and other non-commercial purposes related to our platform.

The compositions are generated using AI technology. By ordering from us, you acknowledge that these works are AI-generated and accept the unique characteristics that may accompany such compositions.

5. Your Content and Feedback

During the ordering process, you will provide information about your business, space, customers, and musical preferences. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this information and any feedback you provide to generate compositions and to improve our AI models and platform. This information will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery and Access

Upon completing payment, you will be granted immediate access to the Signature Vibe platform where you can begin generating and refining sample compositions. Generated compositions will be available for download immediately after generation. We aim to keep the platform available 24/7, but may need to perform maintenance or updates from time to time. We will notify you of any planned downtime where possible.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability or delays in composition generation, which may occur due to high demand, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Vibe's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or anticipated savings.

We do not warrant that any compositions generated will be suitable for all purposes or will meet your expectations, as music generation is subjective and results may vary. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with generated compositions is to use your available regenerations to create alternative options.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Signature Vibe platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use generated compositions in violation of any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our platform or AI models
• Use the service to generate music intended for resale or commercial licensing (except as specified in your order)
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
